We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska – For these states we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $9.95 to these states. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders. For international orders see our rates listed below.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm PST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm PST are shipped the following business day.

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm PST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via USPS for the best service and rates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by country. All prices include express USPS shipping + duty paid, so that total cost reflected in the cart is for door-to-door delivery with duty paid and handled by us directly. To be clear, this means that the total cost of shipping and duty is the full amount to cover all shipping and duty costs associated with your order. There is nothing else for you to pay.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN POLICY

30 Day Return Policy - We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

To start a return click here and fill out your order information in our self-service return portal. From here you can print a pre-paid shipping label and returns form. Please note that our return system is automated and will not allow you to return an item once the 30 day period has passed.

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Please make sure your item is within our 30 Day Return Policy period (our return system is automated and it will not allow a return after this time).

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in our Returns Portal. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Peel off the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a location for USPS, UPS – Please look at your label to confirm what shipping service is being used and then find the proper location.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
